Harry Stewart

The President and CEO of National Consulting Partners, brings to his role a heritage of service and a deep commitment to the welfare of veterans. As the son of a Coast Guard Veteran, Harry's upbringing instilled in him a profound respect for the sacrifices made by those in uniform. His own distinguished service as a Marine Corps infantry Sergeant, marked by three combat tours in Iraq, further solidified his dedication to supporting military and veteran communities. For the past 11 years, Harry has been a consistent figure in advancing the mission of the Department of Veterans Affairs, demonstrating an unwavering commitment to its mission. Known for his passionate and strategic approach to leadership, Harry firmly believes that empathy is not just a virtue but a core value essential to the effectiveness of his work. Through his leadership at National Consulting Partners, he continues to make significant contributions to the lives of veterans, leveraging his experiences and insights to drive positive change and support for those who have served their country.

Geoffrey Ames
Geoffrey Ames

Vice President and Co-founder, is the architect driving NCP's growth and expansion. His leadership is marked by a commitment to excellence, underpinned by a philosophy of collaboration and strategic alignment. He excels in blending innovative thought with effective execution, ensuring that the organization not only meets its objectives but also raises the bar in service delivery to clients. His approach propels NCP towards new levels of success and operational excellence.

Brain Briggs
Brian Biggs

Co-founder and Vice President at NCP, steers our operations and financial strategy with a keen eye for turning challenges into opportunities. His unique blend of quick problem-solving and a commitment to transparency ensures that NCP not only meets but exceeds its goals. Brian’s leadership keeps our operations seamless and our financial foundation strong, guiding the organization with expertise and a hint of creativity.

Trevor Fleck
Trevor Fleck

Director of Operations, drives NCP's human resources, cultural growth, and business procedures. He excels at distilling complex organizational issues into straightforward, actionable steps. With a no-nonsense, get-it-done mentality, Trevor is a true utility player who is instrumental in advancing NCP's organizational growth and maturity.

Matthew Robinson
Matthew Robinson

Director of Business Strategy, leads NCP's business development and growth capability. Matthew is experienced in building teams and partnerships with federal government organizations, including the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs and Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, in addition to diverse organizations in the non-profit and private sectors. Matthew is passionate about collaboration and innovation and enjoys identifying solutions and services that drive meaningful impact and transformative change for client organizations and their stakeholders.

REKHA SHARMA
Rekha Sharma

Director of Data Solutions, leads NCP’s data solutions practice and has experience in enterprise data architecture and solutions, cloud data analytics and governance, and IT modernizations in public and private sector organizations. Rekha's expertise lies in establishing Center of Excellence (COE), implementing robust frameworks, and advocating for data sharing & democratization initiatives. She is passionate about emerging technologies and their successful integration in healthcare domain for positive outcomes.

Alyson Watson

Director of Business Optimization Services, leads innovative teams supporting program services and business development. Alyson ensures clients receive high-quality consultative services and that NCP delivery teams continue to offer innovative and modernization technologies that improve efficiency, effectiveness, and visibility. She brings many years of relevant leadership experience in both the public and private sector, leading operational teams and projects from strategy to implementation. As a leader, she leads with her ‘can do’ attitude and excellent communication skills, cultivating longstanding relationships across the federal landscape.
