Giving Back
NCP is committed to giving back to the communities we live in. We offer all employees an annual charitable contribution match. Employees are encouraged to use the contribution match for charities in their local communities, including sponsorship of local youth sports or other team activities. Because NCP is a 100% remote company, employees are also encouraged to volunteer their time in their local community. NCP celebrates the contributions of our employees as they share pictures, stories, and takeaways from their experiences during our staff meetings.
In addition, we have established a strategic partnership with Disabled American Veterans (DAV). NCP will be sponsoring DAV’s 2025 Winter Sports Clinic “Miracles on a Mountainside.” Our employees also connect with their local DAV chapters to encourage further engagement opportunities.
