As CEO and a service-disabled Veteran, Harry Stewart brings twelve years’ experience working in and for the Federal government as well as firsthand knowledge of the Veteran’s experience as a customer of VA healthcare and benefits. Harry has worked on numerous projects and programs for both VHA and VBA, and possesses considerable knowledge of project management principles, identification and management of risk, statistical analyses and methodologies, and performance measurement.
Harry completed three combat tours in Iraq and numerous smaller deployments. After completing his enlistment, Harry attended Appalachian State University where he graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor and Master’s degree in International and Comparative Politics. Harry lives in Arlington, Virginia and enjoys training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Muay Thai.
Brian Biggs is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Agilest with more than 14 years of professional experience in strategic planning, program and project management, performance improvement, and operational effectiveness for the Department of Veterans Affairs. During this time, Brian has performed over 50 assessments of VHA programs and initiatives to drive organizational excellence and optimization. He has also been instrumental in the design and execution of Program Management Office (PMO) teams to oversee and integrate business, clinical and technical changes required to implement new VA programs and modernize existing VA operations.
Originally from Pennsylvania, Brian graduated from Virginia Tech and immediately put his problem solving skills to work in federal consulting. He enjoys spending time with his family, including playing sports with his children, and serving his community on several boards and committees.
Geoffrey Ames serves as NCP’s lead for strategy and growth, bringing more than 15 years of experience in providing strategic solutions for federal clients. A versatile management and IT strategy consultant, his knowledge and capabilities include business transformation, strategic planning, change management, business analysis, process improvement, and data management. Geoff also has years of business development expertise, including building creating strategic partnerships, market planning, capture management, and proposal leadership. After starting his career at large firms IBM and Booz Allen Hamilton, he has spent the last eight years playing a key role in the strategy and growth of small Veteran-owned companies. Originally from Pennsylvania, Geoff is a proud graduate of the Pennsylvania State University, having earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Logistics and International Business, and his Certificate in Business Analytics from Indiana University. He enjoys playing golf and spending time with his family in the mountains of Colorado.
